AOC Bordeaux Clairet

Blend: 100% Cabernet Sauvignon

We created this cuvée driven by the conviction that we could produce a clairet in a different, modern way and in line with current consumer tastes.

The combination of the quality of our grape varieties, the characteristics of our terroir and today’s techniques offers us this possibility. We vinified this first vintage using direct pressing in order to keep all its fruit and freshness, following a long skin maceration giving it its structure.

This inspiration leads us to think that this claret will be the ideal companion for convivial moments. A fresh and crisp wine that we invite you to offer to your customers. Its intense bouquet of small red fruits nuanced with floral notes, its mouth with fruity and gourmet flavors, its length revealing character and volume will, without fail, know how to seduce them.
